2011

Back to work today!!!!! looking forward and not back. The Christmas break was good, lots of good company, wine and food and an opportunity to clear the head. It interesting to see that the office is busy and a good level of enquires are coming through maybe everyone has decided to move forward and not listen to all the negative rubbish. Here’s looking forward to a good year in 2011.

Progress

Just come out of our first financial meeting with the team and things are not looking that bad. Budget achieved! Great achievement by the team. I made a decision to turn off the Radio and TV last Wednesday and what a good decision that was, no negative vibes appearing in front of me, no bad news to take you focus off the ball, I would recommend it.

The life of an Estate Agent is not over yet. People still need to move and live somewhere. We just need to ensure that we can service their needs and requirements.

Our mantra has to be keep moving forward.

I cant believe

It intersting to see that despite what happened yesterday (The Irish Bailout) I dont see many people commenting about it???? Is everyone just excepting what is going on?

What a week

The week goes up and down, one minute the phone is busy the next its quite. Picked up the paper today and it told me that the recession was over – HOORAY!
